Running/ Walking VO2 max determination

VO2 max is used as a measure to determine an athlete’s aerobic capacity.
Science suggests that higher VO2max have been associated with
greater performance in certain sports due to an increase in ATP
production. Based on the
athlete’s current level of fitness the Rockport 1-mile
walk test procedures or 1.5 mile run test procedures will be utilized to
determine VO2 max.
Calculations will be computed and reported to the athlete.
Strength/Power/Olympic Lift Maximum Effort Analysis - $50
After
purchase an I.R.E.P. Coach will call to schedule you for your Maximum Effort
analysis session. We will come to your local training facility if in the
Cincinnati Region. During this session you will be put through all
necessary testing protocols for core lifts that are specific to your
sport and needs. This
testing data will be analyzed and programmed into your exercise regimen.

region strength coaches will be able to discuss and implement specific
testing protocol into your current training package so that testing
results can be applied. –Same fees apply.***
