Utilizing years of review of scientific research a customized program will be developed for each individual to meet their specific needs and goals. Whether you are just beginning to incorporate strength workouts into your program or you are an elite level athlete looking for the next step we will work together on designing a plan for you. Many companies offer several tiers of service that have inflating price tags. At I.R.E.P. we believe that every athlete regardless of ability, event, distance or goals requires our full attention. 

To make sure that You “Respond, Evolve, and Perform” you will have two certified professionals developing your programming for the price of $89 per month. I.R.E.P believes that all athletes can reach the next level through proper utilization of exercise programming.  Every athlete and team will be screened and tested in order to optimize performance.  All programs are developed by certified and experienced professionals.

All I.R.E.P Strength and Conditioning Programs Include:

  • Basic Training Peaks Account  – Workouts are analyzed and programming is set weekly or as needed to best suit athlete needs (for athletes that would like to have Training Peaks Premium features they can self-pay with applicable fees or add $15 to their monthly fee)
  • Fitness Screening
  • Speed, Power, Endurance, and Strength Testing
  • Individualized Sport Specific Programming
  • Custom Periodization so Athletes Peak at the Right Times
  • Off-Season, Pre-Season, and In-Season Programs Optimized to Create and Maintain Gains in Performance

I.R.E.P Individual:

These programs are custom designed to fit the needs of each individual athlete and will include:

  • Basic Training Peaks Account  – Workouts are analyzed and programming is set weekly or as needed to best suit athlete needs (for athletes that would like to have Training Peaks Premium features they can self-pay with applicable fees or add $10 to their monthly fee)
  • Fitness Screening

  • Programs designed to develop SAFE training practices
  • Programs are developed to teach and perfect form and eliminate bad habits
  • Programs are developed to prevent future injuries
  • Individualized Sport Specific Programing
  • Custom Periodization so Athletes Peak at the Right Times
  • Off-Season, Pre-Season, and In-Season Programs Optimized to Create and Maintain Gains in Performance

I.R.E.P. P4P Supplement and Coaching Package:  $210+$25 Sign-Up Fee

I.R.E.P Team Package:

I.R.E.P team packages are utilized to train an entire team of athletes from your cross country runners, to gymnasts, track athletes, and other team sports such as; football, basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, and volleyball.

  • Programs are developed for the whole team and is sport specific
  • Strength Coaches will come to your school or training facility to lead each workout (local teams only)
  • Programs will Increase Athletic Performance

I.R.E.P custom training programs are designed to meet each athlete’s specific needs and goals. After the athlete’s intake form is reviewed contact will be made to schedule a consultation prior to the development of the custom plan. This plan will be periodized to a specific event or season goal. Programming will address experience, limiters, and time/day requirements of the athlete. All plans will be delivered via a Training Peaks with a free Basic account.
